I have over 20 years of experience in education, ranging from classroom teaching to leading a government-funded education project.

Much of my work focused on improving educational outcomes in low socio-economic communities.

COaching

I am an accredited Clifton Strengths coach with over 20 years experience. I established Tweak Coaching as a vehicle to create and deliver
strengths based content that focusses on developing what's strong rather than trying to fix what's wrong - a positive psychology approach to
personal and professional development.

I am a member of the New Zealand Association of Positive Psychology.

MusicIan

I am an award winning musician and song writer. I use my musicianship to create and deliver music that has a positive message.

Cancer Survivor

In 2021 I was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer of the bladder, having had an unrelated tumor removed from my pancreas the previous year.
​
I underwent surgery to remove my bladder and prostate and have a urostomy bag. I am blessed to be cancer free.

I now walk along side others who are going through a similar journey, sharing the lessons I learned that helped me though my own.
